  2. Masukkan air , biar sampai mendidih. Masukkan pes Kalio kacau sehingga sebati & mendidih.
  3. Masukkan daging/ayam.
  4. Masukkan Santan, juga cili hijau & merah yang dibelah dua (kuah tak pekat tak cair).
